On her parents’ farm in Namibia, Annelise developed a passion for people at an early age and learned the values of teamwork, good manners, and respect.
With her optimistic mindset, she always finds hope in any situation and spares no effort to imbue her handiwork with excellence. Just like the experts, Annelise believes that you know you are in the right place when your work doesn’t feel like work. Her heart and hands are intertwined in each of her products, and she is confident that she is where she belongs.
Established in 1999, Annelise began with just one kitchen assistant to fulfill small orders for the local community. Fast forward to today, Annelise now oversees full-time staff members who measure, mix, knead, bake, and carefully pack each packet of biscuits, rusks, bread, and sweets. All products are crafted by hand with the finest ingredients from the very beginning; no compromises are accepted on this commitment to quality.
